Partner Manager R&R

 

Business Partner Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop, execute, manage, and continuously update the business plan for AWS recognizing the unique requirements of our business and the demands of the multiple markets/ provinces we serve.
  2. Work closely with the AWS and the sales force to create highly demanded solutions for our target markets.
  3. Execute across routes to market, segments and product lines
  4. Key liaison with Insight US counterpart, Services, TSG and Partner for collaboration/ communication on Planning
  5. Measure and present weekly reporting of sales and margin to stakeholders including feedback on partners and competitors

 

Partner Investment

  1. Understand and track rebates programs and marketing investments , consolidating multiple data sources to provide Commit on supplier reimbursement on a weekly basis
  2. Develop partner specific priorities & gain approvals for MDF investment
  3. Manage Partner MDF program 
  4. Ensure POP are submitted to ensure payment to Insight
  5. Recommends and negotiated promotional pricing
  6. Assists in the resolution of vendor payment discrepancies to resolution.

 

Marketing & Sales Enablement

  1. Implement external and internal training on offerings promoting Insight value and call to action  
  2. Promote awareness of the Insight value proposition and marketing offerings to our partners
  3. Collaborate with marketing team on activities (campaigns and events)
  4. Attend weekly PM and marketing team meeting to discuss and coordinate activities

 

Business Development

  1. Win wires
  2. Development of collateral
  3. Propensity to buy list

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

5-8 years Experience as a partner Manager or business development manager

Sales  Certified on AWS

Ability to articulate and communicate to senior leadership and executives, business needs and solutions for the partner.

Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise and industry-wide

Understands key financial levers and partner program

Strong business acumen and understanding of major industry trends.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to do some administrative work (marketing funds management, coordinating marketing campaigns/sales enablement)
