Role:

Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #600798 Desktop Support Analyst (Contract) in Quebec City, QC for a 4 months contract starting in July 2022. Strong possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar position in a corporate IT environment. Experience providing End User support remotely/in person, troubleshooting Office 365, Win 10, Active Directory (user accounts, passwords) and basic network (Cisco) issues. Additionally, you will have experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc) and deploying IT assets (new/refresh).  French language would be considered an asset.

 

All Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Recommended Skills (Nice to have):

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Deskside Support Analyst in Corporate IT environment deploying and supporting computer hardware and software.
  • 5+ years’ experience providing support for all end-user computing devices including desktops and laptops
  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience providing End User support in person, on the phone, and remotely.
  • Experience support and troubleshooting Office 365 in Win10
  • Experience using a ticketing system (ie. ServiceNow, HPSM, Remedy)
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (must have)
  • French language would be considered a strong asset.

  

Education:

  • Degree in Information Technology would be an asset
  • Active Technical Certifications would be an asset (CompTIA A+, MCITP/MCSE, ITIL, etc)
