Client Solutions Representative




For our Canadian Headquarters located in Montreal, we are now hiring an exceptional individual in the Client Solutions Representative role.  
This involves, but is not limited to: client contacts, order processing, report generation, pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Respond to incoming client calls and emails.
  • Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements.
  • Prepare and submit client sales quotes.
  • Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system.
  • Research technical information on product request and ensure access to procuring.
  • Communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable.
  • Prepare documents for responses to RFQs (Requests for Quotes).
  • Work open sales order report.
  • Report generation for clients.
  • Request and/or set up new client sold-to’s, bill-to’s and ship-to’s as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of French.
  • Good command of English language is required




Education and/or Experience:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Bilingual in English and French - required for Quebec candidates.





  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, other teammates needed.
  • Strong communication in English and French languages (verbal and written), organization and time management skills required.
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills a must.
  • Must be self driven, motivated and results-oriented.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop and kneel.

  • Light to moderate lifting is required.
  • Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
