Inside Support Representative - West

Montreal, QC, CA

You have:

  • A great attitude and amazing customer service skills;
  • Ability to help and support a team of sales account executives;

  • Flexibility to work shifts 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm



In a typical day you’ll:

  • Process incoming sales orders via the phone, email and /or web tools;
  • Answer promptly to client’s questions and solve their problems;
  • Keep track of the licenses and warranty renewals, returns, etc. and update the clients on time about related upcoming changes;
  • Responsible for correct and accurate order processing;
  • Follow-up on all client issues in a timely manner.

Internal teammate application guidelines:

  • Meet the minimum qualifications and requirements of the position;
  • Have completed twelve (12) months service in their current position; six (6) months of service in warehouse roles;
  • Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
  • Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
  • Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation
