About the role

As a Legal & Commercial Affairs Intern, you will draft, review and revise contracts. We will count on you to use research and problem-solving skills. Along the way, you will get to:

Draft, review and revise contracts (revising language where challenging commercial issues in the IT Solutions Integrator space require creative contract solutions).
Using research and problem-solving skills assist the Sr. Manager, Legal and Commercial Affairs (Canada) to develop processes to provide a strategic approach to legal risk management.
Assist with managing compliance with Canadian federal and provincial regulatory standards that affect the business.

Bilingual (English and French)
Excellent communications skills, especially writing (technical), and editing.
Problem solver.
