SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote awareness of the Insight value proposition and marketing offerings to our partners

 

  • Develop, execute, manage and continuously update the business plan for the assigned partners recognizing the unique requirements of our business and the demands of the multiple markets/ provinces we serve.
  • Work closely with the vendor channel community and the sales force to create highly demanded solutions for our target markets.
  • Measure and present weekly/monthly reporting of sales, margin, supplier reimbursement (SR) and performance of all product marketing campaigns and other product related metrics relative to assigned categories. Including feedback on partners and competitors.
  • Continuously work with the operations team in identifying systems requirements, categorization needs, process requirements, etc. in support of the overall objectives.
  • Overseeing annual marketing budget and supplier reimbursement programs for assigned channel partner

 

 

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION, EXPERINCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business or any related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in business-to-business sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry (products and services).
  • Strong communications skills in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience managing relationships at various levels within an organization

 

  • The ability to build and conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.

 

  • Must be a numbers driven, supported by timely measurements of performance.
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Sell to/Communicate with US Customers; good command of English Language is required
