Are you a dynamic technical mastermind with a passion for influencing customer experiences and supporting complex hybrid cloud environments? If so, Insight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing proactive analysis of our client infrastructure environment as well as acting as the trusted advisior.  The role is to ensure optimal performance for all aspects of the infrastructure.   The candidate must have endpoint management expertise with Intune, experience supporting Windows servers 2016+, and working knowledge of Azure. 

What you’ll do at Insight: 

• Experience in supporting multiple large-scales UEM/MDM environments.  
• Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely continuous management of technology resources. 
• Ability to support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues that arise within the UEM’s, and related technologies. 
• Manage delivery of the technology. 
• Be a technical SME. 
• Monitor trends and problems to spot a pattern and recommend new standards or process changes.  
• Collaborate with Internal resources, customer, third party vendor to solve complicated issues. 
• Provides technical expertise and guidance as Mobility technology SME. 
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. 

What you’ll need to join Insight: 

• Fluency in French, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field (Computer Engineering, CIS, etc) or comparable experience in lieu of a degree 
• 3–5-year experience using UEM’s for device management. 
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations including SSO/SAML 
• Comfortable with the Powershell command line environment and related scripting (sh, bash, python, etc.) 
• Must have good communications skills and attention to detail. 
• 2-5 years’ experience with Modern Windows Management, macOS, iOS, and Android 
• Strong written and verbal French and English communications skills 
• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities. 
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. 
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles 

Where: Montreal, in a hybrid capacity (minimum 1 day a week in office). 

Compensation: $90,000-120,000 CAD
