About the role

As a Solutions Architect you will deliver end to end project success in the Microsoft M365 space, leading complex and varied projects. We will count on you to provide technical leadership and support for customers in highly complex cloud and on -premises environments. Along the way, you will get to:

• Support the pre-sales team as required, providing design and recommendations for cloud solutions focused around, but not limited to, M365 migrations, Copilot, compliance, security, road mapping, strategy, and advanced solution design.  
• Collaborate with the sales and services support groups, external vendor partners, and the customers to ensure a smooth project experience, from presales conversations through to design, implementation, and support.  
• Work closely with the rest of the professional services team and its partners and sub-contractors.  
• Deliver assessments, roadmaps, health checks, whiteboarding sessions, workshops, migrations, and much more for customers on time and on budget 
• Mentor and collaborate with other subject matter experts covering M365 and related technology.

What we’re looking for

• Fluently bilingual in French and English  

• 7+ years of M365 Delivery and Design Architecture experience.  

• 5+ years technical consulting experience in a customer facing role. 

• Expert level knowledge of best practises around Microsoft 365 solutions, including Power Platform, cloud migrations, security, compliance, SharePoint, Copilot, and emerging solutions and technologies within the stack. 

• PowerShell scripting and API integration 

• SharePoint custom development 

• Any custom development experience is a strong asset 

• Experience working in a billable focused environment 

• Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
