About the Role
Our Insight Apps & Integrations team is searching for an experienced, passionate and professional Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Dynamics 365 FO to join our team. You will serve as thought leader, solution visionary, technology expert to our clients and within our Insight team. You are a leader on client projects, helping clients envision future state capabilities, defining & designing modern application solutions, leading the implementation of those applications, and mentoring other Insight developers along the way.

What our D365 Architects Do
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the development team to deliver prioritized Dynamics 365 CE & FO features that align with client business objectives.
- Data Migration & Integration: Lead and manage data migration activities and integration of D365 CE & FO with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability for mission-critical operations.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, providing L2 & L3 support and corrections as needed.
- Runbook Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive runbooks and documentation to support ongoing operations and incident response.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and technical challenges, translating them into effective D365 solutions.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor within the team, sharing expertise and uplifting the skillsets of colleagues.
- Workshops & Presentations: Deliver technical recommendations, presentations, and workshops to client and internal teams.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions and processes adhere to Department of Corrections and public sector compliance, security, and privacy requirements. Work with stakeholders to address sensitive data and regulatory needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate empathy, discretion, and professionalism when engaging with justice/public safety teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Work with sales for technical discovery and design:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and help envision cloud native solutions to meet those needs.
- Understands cloud platform capabilities and architects solutions that efficiently meets client needs.
- Helps understand required skillsets and collaborates with Practice Managers to plan for appropriate agile team makeup.
- Contributes to Scoping, Estimates, Proposal, and Statements of Work (SOW) creation.

Experience Profile
- 10+ years of industry experience, including hands-on software engineering and architecture roles.
- 4+ years of professional experience with Dynamics 365 CE & FO.
- 3+ years as an Architect, preferably in a consulting or client-facing capacity.
- Dynamics 365 CE and/or FO Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and FO, including configuration, customization, data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
- Data Migration & Integration Tools: Proficiency with tools and methodologies for migrating and integrating data between D365 and other systems (e.g., Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, SSIS).
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure and related cloud services for hosting, scaling, and integrating D365 solutions.
- DevOps & Automation: Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for deployment and monitoring.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Proven ability to provide L2 & L3 support, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining runbooks, technical documentation, and operational guides.
- Experience with large-scale data migration and integration projects.
- Experience working with public sector, government, or corrections clients

Salary Range - $140,000 - $160,000
