Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Salary: Up to 28/HR, with full benefits
About the Role
Are you passionate about technology and ready to launch your IT career? Join our team as an Entry-Level Service Technician supporting a Fortune 500 financial client in NYC. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll gain exposure to enterprise-level systems and work closely with experienced IT professionals—an ideal environment to grow into advanced technical roles.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
- Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support remote access and basic network connectivity issues.
- Help maintain and operate A/V equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Document issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all users, including executive staff.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking, remote access tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT-related field preferred).
