About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of project managers to provide support and thought leadership for a wide variety of large and complex program lifecycle services onboardings. The goal is to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate personnel and operations processes.
• Responsible for Service Level Adherence
• Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and systems for optimization.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in various phases of development and deployment 
• Ability to provide detailed communications to Sr. Leadership, Clients, and internal Teams. 
• Proactively seek to continuously improve PMO and project management processes and tools in alignment with applicable PMI standards 
• Influence, review, and critique others' designs, ensuring best practices are followed and lessons learned are incorporated throughout the department 
• Coach, mentor, and support direct reports
• Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence 
• Issue regular reports and some travel required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of supply chain or IT related experience, a minimum of six (9) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  

• Previous leadership experience required. 

• Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills 

• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project.
