Adoption & Change Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for an Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant to support client organizations through transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on user adoption, process change, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management and adoption activities across client transformation programs
- Contribute to the design and execution of change, communication, and adoption plans
- Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership and C-level executives, with professionalism and credibility
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions with client teams
- Support process adoption initiatives and help ensure new ways of working are embedded effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Adapt working approach based on client context, including on-site presence when required
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in change management, adoption, consulting, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, maturity, and consulting mindset
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to join assignments as soon as possible is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in dynamic, client-facing environments
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or exposure to change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci or similar)
- Experience supporting or contributing to CRM Dynamics adoption projects, either from an implementation or user adoption perspective
- Previous consulting experience in transformation or adoption-focused engagements
