As an Account Executive with Insight, you will be reporting to the Team Lead, ECC team, your focus will be to provide hands-on Level 1 & 2 support for our customer's computing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Managed Services Event Command Centre environments are operated and configured to meet or exceed customer and industry expectations. Also, this role will be a focal point for customer interactions including onboarding and ongoing changes in their environment. You will be working side by side our customers and delivering outstanding customer experience

As Account Executive, you will get to:
• Initiate and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
• Profile leads; convert leads into buying accounts.
• Meet outbound productivity metrics such as dials and talk times; meet monthly revenue and profit goals.
• Work with internal departments to ensure the processing of customer requests and company procedures.
• Develop online sites for accounts.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner through chat, phone, and email.
• Provide accurate data entry into our tools (SMART, CMT, ClientLink)
• Assist with Insight Outbound campaigns.

We are looking for a Account Executive with:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in the English Language
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience selling computer technology highly encouraged. Strong knowledge of IT products and services needed.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• With good computer skills – MS Office, Internet
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. (Preferred)
