About the role

As an Admin Team Lead, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the office facility. You will oversee administrative support for teammates and departments, government clearances and compliance, procurement and inventory, workplace safety, event supervision, and record management. You will also serve as a key leader within the Admin & Facilities team—driving efficiency, supporting teammates, and ensuring operational continuity. Along the way, you will get to:

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of administrative support experience
  • At least 5 years of experience handling PEZA and local government compliance
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across levels
  • Experience in a senior staff or leadership role
  • Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
