As an Alliance Contract Specialist Sr., you are responsible for overseeing and streamlining partner and client contract workflows across the Asia Pacific Marketing and Alliances function. This includes managing partner and vendor onboarding agreements, such as NDAs, MSAs, referral and reseller contracts, and drafting client-facing Statements of Work (SOWs) based on input from Services partners and according to our Legal templates and requirements.
 
 
What you'll do at Insight
 
  • Coordinate the APAC Partner Council with APAC Alliance Manager to centralise approvals for partnerships, triage opportunities, and govern  business rules across partnerships.
  • Manage and facilitate partner/vendor onboarding contracts. Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks or inconsistencies within contracts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales teams and Operations teams to align on contract requirements.
  • Draft and oversee client-facing SOWs based on partner-provided documentation for focused Partner Technical Services for SANZ and aligned with select partners in FY26.
  • Administer and maintain the Alliance SharePoint site, including vendor/partner collateral, sales enablement calendars, certification trackers, contract libraries, and other content supporting vendor management.

 

What you'll need to join

 

  • Demonstrated 4–7 years of experience managing the full contract lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to interpret and manage legal documents and strong written communication skills across all business assets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including project tracking
  • Prior experience in contract management or legal administration preferred and demonstrated ability to follow and uphold contract management procedures and hygiene.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Copilot, with advanced expertise in SharePoint Online administration (site design, permissions, content libraries, workflow automation) and Excel and Powerpoint.
