Alliances Partner Sr. Specialist

• Oversee comprehensive management of Strategic and Priority partner funding programs, including MDF allocations, Co-op funding tracking, volume-based rebate structures, and strategic co-investment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all rebate and incentive programs, including the organisation and lifecycle management.
• Maintain rigorous financial controls and audit-ready documentation for all partner funding activities.
• Manage partner portals, user privileges, partner locator/directory and access hygiene for SANZ and APAC.
• Approve partner invoices based on SOW terms and deliverables for top PTS partners.
• Calculate margin and determine accurate sell prices for PTS contracts.
• Generate and issue customer invoices in alignment with PTS contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams such as finance sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely funding management and report on results.

What you'll need to join Insight

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. 
• Demonstrated 4-7 years’ experience in billing, finance, or accounting is required, including:  
• Ability to analyse financial data and calculate margins. 
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, especially rebate forecasting, and financial analysis. 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and financial systems such as SAP. 
• Familiarity with partner funding programs and platforms/ portals, e.g., Partner Center, MDF management tools, and understanding of how MDF and incentives drive partner-led marketing, demand generation, and sales campaigns. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including prioritisation and communication status across forums, meetings and via email.
