Azure Consultant Senior

Pasig, PH

Role Purpose:


Provide outstanding client experiences while supporting our clients to achieve their desired outcomes through the use of Modern Infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft Azure) as part of our Managed Services team. As a Senior Consultant you will also provide technical assistance to teammates.


Principle Accountabilties & Responsibilties:


  • Provide timely and clear communication and delivery of client interactions (e.g. Incident and Requests) related to our

contracted services.

  • Perform configuration, administration, and migration of Microsoft Azure environments
  • Participate in Swarming activities to provide an exemplary Client support experience.
  • Continuously enhances and add to our knowledge bases.
  • Ensure client cloud and IT infrastructure platforms are available, secured, optimised, and performing within agreed thresholds.
  • Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting to new methods and best practices.
  • Follow technical standards and patterns provided by our Services Enablement and Standards team.
  • Ensure that all contracted services allocated to you are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure SLA achievement and high level of client satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities .
  • Work jointly with Service Delivery Manager(s) during life of agreement with client to ensure we meet our promises.
  • Work jointly with Client Success Managers during onboarding of clients and transitioning projects into operations.
  • Building trusted and maintaining relationships with key client contacts.
  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers on overall client health, adoption, expansion, and renewals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and add value to ITSM processes, aligned to ITIL principles.
  • Available to actively participate in the after-hours on-call roster.
  • Collaborating with Client Success Managers on overall client health, adoption, expansion, and renewals.


Key, Skills, Knowledge and Experience


  • Proven experience with supporting cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS
  • Proven experience supporting common server Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Linux
  • Can read and understand standard design documents for simple solutions.
  • Able to follow prescribed technical quality standards and practices.
  • A team player willing to develop and share knowledge and IP within the organisation.
  • Experience in cloud support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate with both a technical and non- technical audience at all levels of an organisation
  • Conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated experience working with service contracts and delivering to SLAs
  • Demonstrated experience working in an IT Operations framework
  • Proven experience with supporting Microsoft technologies and operating systems.
  • Exceptional work ethic and the ability to work within a pressured environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise support requests.
  • A passion for client satisfaction with an energetic and flexible approach to work.

5+ years relevant work experience, within Managed Services and/or IT outsourcing industry
