As a Business Analyst you’ll responsible for the development of effective and efficient business processes.  Incumbents provide analysis and reporting on departmental/group revenue, expense, and strategic projects.

As Business Analyst, you will get to:

• Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements across the services organization systems and processes. 
• Develop methodology and document business processes.  Ensure process documentation is current.     
• Introduce and maintain highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards. 
• Manage multiple process/system improvement projects simultaneously. 
• Lead teams through business process analysis, requirements definition, problem solving and change management.  
• Conduct process analysis using standard data analysis and interview techniques.  Need to be able to communicate with all levels of the organization in order to obtain information needed quickly. 
• Facilitate meetings with process owners to define new processes or fix existing processes.  Encourage participation from team members to share knowledge and drive decisions regarding process improvement and change management.

We are looking for Business Analyst with:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 4 years of experience in process improvements across different IT departments  
• Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
