As a DEX Business Analyst I, you will sit at the intersection of business process improvement and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) operations. You will use Nexthink’s platform and other enterprise systems (e.g., ITSM) to analyze data, identify trends, recommend improvements, and help drive proactive, experience‑focused IT services for our clients and internal stakeholders. What you'll do at Insight
- Analyze DEX data to identify opportunities to drive profits, reduce costs, and improve end‑user experience.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for DEX and Nexthink‑related initiatives.
- Develop business cases, process maps, and impact assessments to support changes in services, tools, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with DEX team to refine incident categories, workflows, and runbooks based on insights from Nexthink and other data sources.
- Monitor DEX performance indicators and recommend actions to improve stability, responsiveness, and end‑user satisfaction.
- Create and deliver clear presentations, reports, and executive summaries that communicate complex technical and analytical insights in business terms.
- Respond effectively to inquiries, feedback, and escalations from managers, customers, and teammates.
What you'll need to join Insight
- Bachelors Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar analytical role, preferably in a services or IT operations environment.
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and enterprise systems (ERP such as SAP; CRM a plus).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and other tools; experience with dashboarding/BI tools a plus.
- Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complicated topics.
