About the role

As a Buyer I, you will support procurement and supplier management efforts that drive Insight’s operational success. We will count on you to engage suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure internal teams are informed and supported. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Execute purchase orders, manage invoice reconciliation, and fulfill manual dropship requests

  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order issues and provide updates

  • Maintain data accuracy and monitor supplier compliance with program policies

  • Foster strong vendor relationships and proactively manage inventory logistics

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a buyer, purchasing, or client service role

  • Strong communication and customer service skills across platforms

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-based environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus
