BASIC FUNCTION

Position Overview

The Client Operations Analyst is responsible for developing effective and efficient business processes and identifying automation opportunities within Client Operations.  Incumbents provide analysis and reporting on departmental/group financials, revenue, expense, productivity, and other strategic projects. This position will support the efficiency, profitability, and expense management for the Client Operations team.

What you’ll do at Insight

• Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements, and automation opportunities across the regional sales organization systems and processes.
• Work closely with the ECommerce and RPA teams to onboard customers to automation processes.
• Represent client operations in cross functional process/system design and development efforts to ensure optimal end to end solutions.
• Introduce and maintain highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards.
• Develop methodology and document business processes. Ensure the process documentation is current.   
• Manage multiple process/system improvement projects simultaneously.
• Lead teams through business process analysis, requirements definition, problem solving and change management.
• Identify the need for and plan change management to ensure a seamless transition from existing processes to new processes.
• Conduct process analysis using standard data analysis and interview techniques.  Need to communicate with all levels of the organization to obtain the information needed quickly.
• Facilitate meetings with process owners to define new processes or fix existing processes. Encourage participation from team members to share knowledge and drive decisions regarding process improvement and change management.
• Learn new business processes with little direction.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll do to join at Insight

• BS/BA required with a concentration in a business discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in requirements definition, project management, change management and problem solving, preferably in an enterprise business
• Minimum 5 years experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
• CRM experience a plus
• Experience in process improvements across different departments within a sales organization required
