About the role
Credit Analyst is responsible for analyzing D&B, banking, financial, and miscellaneous information in a timely manner to grant Net terms to credit-worthy businesses. Decision-making responsibilities range up to $200,000 depending on experience and/or ability. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment are imperative..
As a Credit Analyst you will:
- Approval of credit applications
- Approval of credit limit increases
- Decisions related to approving orders on past-due accounts.
- Reviewing D&B and banking information
- Financial statement analysis
- Perform fraud reviews/checks on orders/accounts
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least two years of previous experience in a Credit dept or customer service environment
- Also would prefer financial statement analysis experience. SAP system experience is helpful
- The volume of work requires individuals to learn quickly and develop solutions to problems independent of supervision
