As a Technical Specialists, you are delivery-focused technology specialists, viewed as trusted advisors by clients and senior peers within the AI Business Solutions practice. The Technical Specialist is responsible for working directly with customers and onshore engagement teams to deliver and execute Insight's current and emerging AI Business Solutions offerings across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. What you'll do at Insight
- Develop solution knowledge, accelerators and reusable assets, sharing this IP both within Manila and across the Asia Pacific practice.
- Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial targets through high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Provide consulting services across the full delivery lifecycle: discovery, design, build, deployment, testing, pilot, documentation, and transition.
- Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems, particularly those involving AI-enhanced workflows, automation and Copilot scenarios.
- Assists other team members in resolving complex development, configuration, integration and AI-related design problems across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with project managers and ANZ engagement leads on project planning, milestone tracking and risk management.
- Effectively and consistently report status of projects back to project managers and the Team Lead during execution.
What you'll need to join Insight
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5+ years' experience in technical roles within a professional services or enterprise delivery environment.
- Ability to map client business needs to Insight's Microsoft AI Business Solutions offerings across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to engage ANZ-based clients and stakeholders across time zones.
- Proven analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand requirements, define and present an appropriate solution, and oversee delivery.
- Understands and manages project technical scope to align with the budget and time available.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisation, integration and data migration.
- Expert-level understanding of at least two Dynamics 365 First Party Applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
- Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration.
