Basic Function 

Position Overview

Manages, maintains, and monitors master data and costing. Maintains and creates master data records in accordance with Insight policies. This position requires independent decision-making as well as following established procedures. Tasks are completed via manual entry and through automated tools.

• General POSS knowledge and ability to assist with day-to-day workflow
• Ability to analyze trends/patterns in large datasets to drive process improvement suggestions.
• Create/Provide documentation and assist in training sessions for any new process improvement.
• Execute production processes supporting sales teams.
• Communicate with multiple areas of the company
• Work with multiple vendors to drive better workflow practices.

What you'll need to join Insight 

• Associate's degree or above from a college or university; or equivalent industry work experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot information for resolution
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
• Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees.
• Ability to effectively present information to other departments and manufacturer representatives.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
