About the role

As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data within the organization’s integrated enterprise system (SAP). In this role, you will ensure the accurate input of information into SAP and support the Data Integrity team in the efficient and effective management of part master data. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess intermediate to advanced computer skills, and maintain a solid understanding of the company’s business, products, and processes.

What you’ll do at Insight

  • Manage Product Data: Maintain accurate product information (images, specs, data elements) to company standards; ensure automated feeds populate correctly and manually update non-automated data when needed.
  • Data Quality & Process Improvement: Perform audits, identify system enhancements, and implement improvements to maintain data integrity; communicate with providers/manufacturers to obtain complete product data.
  • Material Maintenance: Oversee product catalog and pricing; review automated feeds, troubleshoot failures, and manually create/discontinue materials in proprietary systems or SAP according to policy.
  • Policy & Compliance: Validate adherence to master data policies; ensure catalog additions align with Insight’s strategy and provide guidance on appropriate business opportunities.
  • Customer & Internal Support: Provide support for internal/external customers and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Special Projects: Complete additional assignments and projects as required by the department.

What we’re looking for

  • Associate degree or higher, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP skills.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, process improvement, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while meeting aggressive SLAs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills, knowledge of AP style, and ability to create clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams, including marketing and IT, and present information effectively to internal stakeholders and manufacturer representatives.
  • Technical writing expertise, report/business correspondence writing, and strong organizational skills for managing complex processes.
