Digital Marketing Automation Specialist (Night Shift)

Position Overview


The APAC Digital Automation Specialist is responsible for executing digital marketing-automation tactics to grow key business units within Insight. They will be responsible for executing customer and partner marketing nurture sends, coordinating target lists, driving systematic upsell and cross-sell campaigns, marketing database augmentation campaigns and lead the APAC Marketing team with any automation questions. This includes collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to build and deliver data-driven marketing plans and interacting with media technologies/platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Display, etc.) that deliver Return on Investment (ROI). The candidate will need to be Marketo certified or get Marketo certified within first 90-days as a requirement since Marketo is Insight’s global marketing automation tool.


As a Digital Marketing-Automation Specialist, you will:

  • Execute digital tactics, keep up with lists, and lead the APAC team in Marketo usage, best practices and optimum customer and prospective engagement and continuous improvement
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Will be the Technical Manila specialist for digital marketing automation for APAC
  • Provide regular reporting, including creation, analysis, and distribution of reports to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with fellow marketing managers and senior leaders to execute on the go-to-market strategy with the goal to increase response rates, engagement and drive measurable pipeline/won revenue.
  • Collaborate with APAC teammates to develop cross-sell and upsell motions aligned to our go to market solutions and partner opportunities within the Commercial, Corporate, and Enterprise segments across APAC
  • Own and execute entire large-impact projects as assigned.

What you bring to Insight:


  • Solid experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platform, specifically emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, lead scoring, progressive profiling, distribution lists, contact groups, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of data governance policies and procedures and opt-in privacy regulations and requirements
  • Strong nurture marketing experience and understanding of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) principles and how this role can help bring to life for Insight APAC
  • Understanding of UX and Conversion Centered Design Principles for landing pages
  • Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong software aptitude and fast learner
  • Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
  • Marketo experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
