Compute/System Engineer

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Compute/Systems Engineer with Insight, you will be responsible for planning and designing solutions to meet client needs. Incumbents are accountable for defining processes for technical platforms, developing system specifications, and creating system interfaces and business applications.

As a Compute/Systems Engineer, you will get to:

• Be accountable for all facets of developing technical platforms, system specifications, and system interfaces.
• Do ticket maintenance using SNOW.
• Apply the ITIL framework to ensure efficient and effective support for clients by standardizing processes, improving service delivery, and resolving issues in alignment with best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.

We are looking for a Compute/Sytems with: 

• 3-4 years relevant years of experience in Compute/ Systems support, Windows or Linux (Redhat), CISCO UCS (Unified Computing System), CISCO HyperFlex, Nimble Storage, ITIL, SNOW
