About the role

As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for the effective resolution of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts. You will be the subject matter expert supporting key complex clients within a strategic portfolio. We will count on you to serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Insight finance department.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR.
• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax, or email.
• Keep detailed records/status of ongoing collection efforts.
• Provide Accounts Receivable with check/wire/ACH application information.

What we’re looking for

• Two years previous collections experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Must possess basic knowledge of Collection laws and procedures.
• Ability to develop rapport with client AP contacts and respective sales teams.
