About the role
The Financial Services Rep II is responsible for the effective resolution of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts. Incumbents will serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department. This position will report to the Supervisor Financial Services.
As a Financial Services Rep II you will:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of client Account Receivables (AR).
- Mail/fax system generated form letters to clients to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
- Provide special billing for larger Enterprise clients.
- Contact delinquent accounts by phone, fax or email.
- Confer with clients by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred.
- Two years previous collections experience required and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
- Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence.
