Position Overview
The Financial Services Supervisor is responsible for the effective resolution of client AR within an assigned portfolio of accounts. Incumbents will serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department.
What you’ll do at Insight

Manage a portfolio of large, complex AR accounts, drive collections through calls/emails, resolve invoice issues with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

Send collection notices, review payment terms with clients, track promised payments, and provide status updates on top delinquent accounts.

Coordinate with Sales on account challenges, recommend credit holds or service interruptions, and process legal/third‑party collection actions when needed.

Build strong relationships with client AP and sales teams, meet SLA and portfolio balance targets, and complete tasks within defined timelines.

Prepare required daily/weekly/monthly reports and support special projects, training initiatives, and other operational needs.

Mentor a small group of collectors by identifying training needs, creating improvement plans with the manager, and reporting progress.

What you’ll need to join Insight

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of collections experience with proven success.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of collectors, including coaching, developing skills, and managing escalations.

Strong critical thinking, accountability, professionalism, and ability to navigate difficult conversations with maturity.

Commitment to building a team culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Must be amenable to work the night shift schedule.

Must be open to work first 2 weeks in training onsite and 2-3 days per week in office Hybrid setup.

Familiarity with AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
