As a Global Sales Support Analyst , you will perform all of the necessary actions to maintain the client program requirements.

What you'll do at Insight

Process orders received from client with our Global Alliance Partners
Obtain order shipment information from Global Alliance Partners
Obtain and record appropriate information for asset management
Maintain standard reporting requirements

We are looking for a Global Sales Support Analyst with:

Bachelor’s degree
At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
