About the role

The Integration Product Owner plays an essential role in informing a data-driven roadmap for global business solutions data, integrations, reporting and analysis strategy. You will work closely with all application architects, developers, QA resources and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and leverage insights to help inform strategy, using data to help teams make the right decisions. The goal of this role is to help manage business requests and requirements, ensure requirements are clearly defined and return on investment calculated for each project, as well as connect teams together with a clear vision, objective and goals.

As a Product Owner you will:

• Collaborate with application architects, developers, QA resources, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize data to inform strategy and support decision-making across teams.
• Manage business requests and requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined.
• Calculate return on investment for projects and initiatives.
• Connect teams with a clear vision, objectives, and goals.
• Regularly collaborate with key partners to communicate performance, understand new initiatives, and support strategic opportunities.
• Host and facilitate stakeholder meetings to review and prioritize backlog requests. 
• Provide meeting minutes, status updates, decisions made, decisions pending.
• Responsible for providing analytical support to the product teams 
• Manage various data sources and connection points to create and maintain KPI dashboards using Business Intelligence tools; providing regular analysis to key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of 2+ years of job-related experience or business degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Excel, computer, and data management skills
• Be naturally curious
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Ability and strong desire to solve complex data issues in a collaborative fashion
• Strong knowledge of normalized and dimensional data models
• Expert in data analysis, data profiling and all types of data problem solving
