L2 Services Technician (Night Shift)

Position Overview


Candidate must possess experience supporting Large Enterprise environments spanning Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and network connectivity devices (Edge Routers). Candidate must have proven problem determination skills as well as superior customer service skills.


What you'll do at Insight


  • Provide Technical expertise in multiple areas, with a wide understanding of desktop and networking protocols and concepts
  • Planning, prioritization, and organizing skills
  • Provide remote support to users with Windows, MacOS laptops as well as Apple iOS and Android phones
  • Remote support to users as needed
  • Hardware Supported: Multiple vendor windows laptops, Apple Macbook, Apple iPhones/iPads, Network edge devices (wireless routers – multiple vendors)
  • Drive for continuous learning, results orientation, and teamwork for the ultimate success of our customers
  • Ability to drive change through innovation & process improvement
  • crisis management skills
  • Act as a focal point for desktop and network edge problem resolution.
  • Build client relations (e.g., establish productive and reciprocal relationships with Insight Team, Customers, Partners and other stakeholders)


What you'll need to join Insight


  • Undregraduate/ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related programs
  • Must possess solid communication skills
  • Professional & concise communication (written & verbal)
  • 3 to 5 years desktop support experience operating in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Window OS, MacOS, and Apple iOS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 aplications and an aptitude to learn new software applications
  • Proficiency in network edge device configuration
