Revenue Accounting Manager
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As an Accounting Manager with Insight, you will hold a position that is responsible for leading and executing Insight's revenue accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition and related processes. This role will manage the revenue accounting team, serve as a liaison between accounting and operational departments, and collaborate cross-functionally with finance teams, including FP&A, billing, AR, and others. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Along the way, you will identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts.

As Revenue Accounting Manager, you will get to:
- Oversee the preparation, documentation, and reconciliation of revenue-related journal entries, ensuring alignment with supporting transaction data such as sales orders and vendor invoices.
- Manage the month-end close process for revenue accounting, review revenue fluctuations and variances, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP and Insight’s revenue recognition policies.
- Apply sound judgment in interpreting complex revenue recognition rules for multi-element sales agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address revenue-related business issues.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with US GAAP, drive continuous process improvements, and support special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned by management.

We are looking for an Accountant with:
- 6 years+ of experience in accounting & finance functions.
- At least 2 years of lead experience preferred.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP and NetSuite a plus
- GAAP is required
