About the Role

As a Services Technician (Network), you will provide break/fix support for clients’ managed network devices in a 24x7 global support environment. We will count on you to troubleshoot, remediate, and resolve network-related incidents within agreed SLAs while delivering a client-first experience. Along the way, you will get to:
• Perform incident triage and analysis across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and Network-as-a-Service environments.
• Provide remote troubleshooting to isolate, remediate, and resolve network and system issues.
• Perform intermediate-level maintenance, administration, and management of routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex network-related incidents.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a NOC or equivalent environment supporting network infrastructure.
• Solid networking knowledge including IP connectivity, routers, switches, VPNs, wireless access points, and Cisco-based technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shifting support environment.
