About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our partner relationship managers across EMEA. You will handle partner-related processes and systems, assist with onboarding partners, and monitor productivity to enable informed decision-making. This role also supports operational governance, training, reporting, and communication across the Services function. Along the way, you will get to:
  • Facilitate the implementation and setup of new deal transactions in Insight’s ERP system.
  • Manage purchase order transactions accurately, ensuring all data is properly represented and updated.
  • Engage with third-party service partners to gather service orders, delivery timelines, quotations, and status updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to Insight’s partners.
  • Collaborate with Services Delivery Managers to support booking, allocation, and cost alignment for consultancy and third‑party resources.
  • Maintain and validate documentation for service engagements (SOWs, estimates, POs, sign‑offs, timesheets).
  • Capture and monitor renewals in the system and proactively support the renewals process with sales teams.
  • Manage support‑managed service quotations, contracts, renewals, and vendor support service portals where applicable.
  • Serve as the product owner for the Fieldglass vendor management system.
  • Maintain reporting, repository management, database updates, and review calendars for partner relationship managers.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with service operations, partner management, or related functions.
  • SAP Fieldglass experience preferred; alternative PO/order management systems acceptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to Insight’s values and operating principles
