BASIC FUNCTION

Position Overview

This position focuses on the management and financial recognition of complex partner programs. This is a dynamic and high-profile position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of analytical, process, operational and communication skills, combined with strong business acumen.

What you’ll do at Insight

Identify and research incorrect or incomplete data within SAP relating to the set up and reporting of data relating to partner funding
Proactively claim, collect, reconcile, and document the status of partner receivable balances
Perform cash applications
Establish and cultivate relationships with Insight’s partners to drive timely resolution of outstanding receivables
Gather documents and submit claims in partner’s portal or website within agreed SLA
Prepare client credits as required
Monitor and report delinquent accounts to direct supervisor or manager

What you’ll need to join Insight

Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, a plus)
Interpret and analyze contract/program terms and conditions
Proficient MS Excel skills
Working Knowledge of SAP (or oTher large ERP systems) a plus.
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels
Ambitious, flexible, and aggressive. A self-starter who adapts easily to changing work environments and requirements and can drive for results
Effectively work in a team-environment
Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline orientated environment
