Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Payroll Specialist with Insight, you will hold a position that processes payroll for hourly, salaried or coefficient employees for the Manila site. The Payroll Specialist may interface with any level of employees and/or management at any given time.  Reviews payroll information received and is responsible for accurate input of payroll and payroll related data. Along the way, you will also be assigned to work with other Departments to review their processes in reporting of spiffs, bonus pays, salaries, shall spot calculate to ensure data received by them is correct before importing.

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Mary Ann Rivera, Payroll Manager.

Mary Ann is based in Manila and leads one Payroll & Benefits Staff.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will get to:

• Input of earnings including other compensation-related items; example: Internet Subsidy, Rice Allowance, etc.  Balance all batches.  Process ADP batch, manual check reports, transmit to ADP.

• Works with Timekeeping to ensure payroll is accurately determined and applied and that paychecks/vouchers are distributed to employees on biweekly/semimonthly basis.

• Performs other unscheduled payroll transactions including preparation of final pay calculations for terminations/resignations or other approved reasons.

We are looking for a with:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 2 years of experience in local payroll

• Experience in Excel

• Must be able to handle employee issues in a professional and timely manner.  Accuracy is a must.
