About the role

 

The Product Owner plays an essential role in informing a data-driven roadmap for global business solutions data, integrations, reporting and analysis strategy. You will work closely with all application architects, developers, QA resources and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and leverage insights to help inform strategy, using data to help teams make the right decisions. The goal of this role is to help manage business requests and requirements, ensure requirements are clearly defined and return on investment calculated for each project, as well as connect teams together with a clear vision, objective and goals.

 

As a Product Owner you will:

 

  • Collaborates with application architects, developers, QA, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analytical support
  • Utilizes data to inform strategy, support decision‑making, and calculate return on investment for projects and initiatives
  • Manages and prioritizes business requests and requirements, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery
  • Uses JIRA for ticketing and backlog management, tracking progress and supporting ongoing system integrations
  • Creates and maintains KPI dashboards using Business Intelligence tools, communicates performance updates, and facilitates stakeholder meetings with clear status updates and decisions

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience or a business degree from an accredited four‑year college or university
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, including exposure to integration‑related initiatives
  • Hands‑on experience administering Qualtrics (preferred only) or a comparable experience management platform.
  • Strong understanding of NPS methodology and customer sentiment measurement frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and business recommendations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qualtrics dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability and strong desire to solve complex data issues in a collaborative fashion
  • Strong people skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and solid critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in data analysis, data profiling, and problem solving, with working knowledge of normalized and dimensional data models
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management, and general computer skills; familiarity with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Experience managing projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating between business and technical teams is considered beneficial
