IT Project Coordinator

Location: The role will be a hybrid position located in Pasig, Philippines.

About the role

As Project Coordinator for the Service Transition Team, you will be working with clients, management, and project team members to facilitate the timely delivery of projects. This task involves managing project plans, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are met. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organization, time management and communication skills. Along the way, you will get to:

• Be responsible for maintaining and managing project plans, project schedules and project reports. On some projects, you will work under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholders meeting.
• Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Undertake projects tasks as required.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Work together with the Project Managers, Client Success Managers, and Service Delivery Managers
• Other duties as assigned
• Report directly to US Senior Managers

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree Focusing on IT related courses or Business Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management.
• Demonstrable Customer Presentation Skills
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles

Technical Requirements

• Familiarity with ITSM concepts and experience with ticketing system.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Project and Smartsheet
• Knowledgeable in networking, cloud and other IT concepts
