About the role

As a QA Specialist, you will be focusing on ensuring teammates consistently apply best practices and follow established business processes. It is critical in maintaining quality data entry and outputs. Working closely with process and system trainers, as well as client operations management, the role adds value by documenting findings, recommending process improvements, and identifying training needs across the team. Along the way, you will get to:

• Ensure quality of process and best practice is followed, review data and make recommendations of change to support improvement of quality outcomes within the team.
• Use data to identify trends in activity impacting quality of output and outcomes.
• Assess use of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure data quality provides data-driven outputs.
• Document audit findings to ensure improvements can be recorded and articulated to drive actions.
• Produce recommendations to the Quality Assurance & Performance Manager and Client Ops Management on how proposed changes can impact the quality of work.
• Work closely with relevant parties to ensure systems and processes are understood to enable the identification of training needs within the team and ensure this contributes to a structured outcome-based development programme.

What we’re looking for

• at least 4 years of related experience
• College level
• Some experience in customer service, operations, and other related experience.  
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives 
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills 
• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
