About the role

Our Information Security Analyst helps plan and execute the organization’s information security strategy. This role develops security standards and best practices, recommends enhancements to management, and contributes to strategies for responding to and recovering from security incidents. The analyst also plays a key role in educating employees through training and awareness initiatives.

As a Security Analyst you will:

• Participate in SOX, SOC, PCI and ISO27001 audits
• Monitors, tracks, analyzes and records incidents (including AI-assisted detections) to ensure protection from any potential leaks of malicious activity.
• Monitor, configure, and respond to Security alerts.
•  Navigate TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge and or one of the following:
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Security/Network Administrator or equivalent knowledge
•  Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
• Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
