Key Responsibilities

• Daily support of a team of Recruiters
• Creating and entering new job requisitions into our Applicant Tracking System, SAP Success Factors
• Assist in background check, drug screen, and new hire paperwork issues
• Assist in interview scheduling
• Offload what is possible from the recruiters to enable them to fill more roles

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a recruiting or HR administrator strongly preferred
• Solid verbal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities
• Effective time-management abilities
• Ability to handle a high volume of a variety of administrative tasks and a strong sense of urgency
• Experience using Excel
• Amenable to work in Pasig with a hybrid set up and mid shift schedule
