About the role

As a Service Billing Specialist I, you will be responsible for billing clients, issuing invoices, and supporting accurate financial processes through the creation and maintenance of service contracts and projects. We will count on you to ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented billing execution. Along the way, you will get to:

• Bill clients and customers for services rendered by Insight.
• Set up, update, and maintain service contracts and projects.  
• Create billing and financial reports, including reclasses and accruals.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any 4‑year billing‑related course.
• At least 2 years of billing experience or related financial skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Incredible attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in an environment with rapidly changing requirements and a strong focus on operational objectives.  
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles.
