About the Role
As a Services Supervisor – Compute, you will provide operational and people leadership for our Managed Compute function, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant delivery of compute services across operating systems, virtualization, and cloud environments. We will count on you to act as the primary escalation and accountability point for compute‑related incidents, service requests, and client‑impacting issues. Along the way, you will get to:
 
• Lead and coach IMS Compute technicians (L1–L2), reinforcing accountability, technical ownership, and professional client communication
• Oversee daily operations of Managed Compute queues to ensure SLA compliance, proper triage, and end‑to‑end ticket ownership
• Act as an escalation point for priority incidents (P1/P2), recurring compute issues, and client escalations
• Drive quality assurance and process compliance by reviewing tickets, identifying trends, and escalating systemic issues

What We’re Looking For
• Experience leading technical teams in a Managed Services or IT operations environment
• Strong knowledge of compute technologies, including Windows/Linux OS, virtualization, and cloud compute platforms
• Proven ability to manage escalations, enforce process discipline, and drive SLA performance
• Clear, confident communicator with a coaching mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
