Sr Analyst Sales GTM Ops

Position Overview


As the Sr. Analyst, Sales GTM Ops at Insight, your primary responsibility will be to provide analytical support to Insight’s Sales GTM Strategy efforts. This is a dynamic and high-profile position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, sales, process, operational and strong communication skills; combined with strong business acumenThis person will be a key contributor on the team to structure and maintain the Sales GTM structure (account segmentation, roles, coverage, territory planning) at Insight.


What you'll do at Insight:



  • Build and maintain a data repository along with a suite of reports for account segmentation, roles, coverage and territory management; supporting the GTM Strategy team
  • Serve as the data steward for all account and sales GTM characteristics data points on which account segmentation and coverage structure is built out
  • Act as point of engagement with other Data Management, BI and analytics team within Insight
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis and planning support to finance and sales leadership
  • Own the creation and distribution of value-added management reporting on sales data, territory and coverage planning



What you'll need to join at Insight:


  • College Graduate
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales GTM planning and operations
  • Proficient excel skills, including importing data from external sources and manipulating it using formulas, macros, VBA, pivot tables, and other functions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with querying and analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data modeling tools.
  • Amenable to work on night shift schedule and hybrid set up
