Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

About the Role

 

As a Sr. Network Engineer, you will be part of Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. We will count on you to lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements. Along the way, you will get to:
  • Lead procedural and help documentation writing
  • Analyze and resolve high-repeat incidents through root cause analysis
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets
  • Partner with consulting services on large-scale implementations

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments
  • Professional-level certifications and expertise in route/switch, security, wireless
  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN, monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow)
  • Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto, Prisma, Panorama Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper.
  • Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently
