Statusing Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work thrice a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Statusing Specialist with Insight, you will hold a position that focuses on procurement and process application as it supports Insight’s operations and order fulfillment. This will include working operational issues with suppliers, providing strong client service, and maintaining data accuracy within SAP.

As a Statusing Specialist, you will be:

• Responsible for obtaining vendor estimated ship dates from vendor websites
• Reviewing daily vendor reporting and apply the required information to the backlog
• Responding to general sales requests including lead time, pricing, and general vendor inquiries within allotted service levels (SLAs)
• Posting supplier tracking and invoice information within SAP and close open orders by processing the goods receipt

We are looking for a Statusing Specialist with: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.

• One-two years experience in purchasing, customer service, data entry or other related field

• Exceptional verbal and written skills
