The Strategic Finance Associate is responsible for the effective resolution of client AR with focus on process development and implementation. While supporting key process engagement in support of all Insight Financial bookings and invoicing structures. This role also provides support in Risk Mitigation through several modalities. This position will report to the Manager Financial Services.  

As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will get to

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client AR and serve as the primary point of contact between client and Insight finance department.
• Establish and maintain a close client relationship; handling queries and managing client expectations.
• Conduct comprehensive research into account history, reconciling critically aged balances while ensuring upcoming high dollar balances are addressed as priority.
• Effectively report on and communicate impact of any new collections strategies, including test results.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a strategic approach to collections is required, along with training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop rapport with client AP contacts and respective sales teams. This Representative’s portfolio is primarily made up of larger clients. These clients require a more experienced collector who can perform their daily tasks with minimal supervision. Resolution to issues is generally more complex and requires good problem-solving skills.   
• Excellent communication skills
