Technology Marketing Manager

Position Overview


As the Technology Marketing Manager in Manila, you will be responsible for working closely with our all up Technology Marketing team to help with operational efficiency, day to day teammate management, spear head team builders, lead professional coaching and development with Manila teammates, identify areas of growth, work on competency reviews with Manila teammates, and more. To do so, you’ll need to work closely with a team of marketing and product managers, marketing managers, and manila teammates across the board. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovative marketing ideas, understands technology and its solutions, and preferably has B2B experience but excels in teammate development, teammate management, and business efficiency.


What you’ll do at Insight


  • Marketing planning and execution - Experience working with complex marketing stacks to develop an integrated (digital and traditional) campaigns or marketing programs. Understanding of CRM/Digital Marketing tools as well as traditional marketing channels. Knowledge of project management principles and practices a must. The greater understanding of this will aid in Manila teammate management and process efficiency and optimizations
  • Results oriented – ability to simplify the complex and create actionable plans for your team. Assumes responsibility for team commitments and deliverables and jumps in to address issues and resolve problems
  • Effectively communicate using all available channels to teammates, cross-functional groups and management
  • Strategic thinking – understanding of the inside sales motion, commercial and small business customer base and key industry triggers for scale, demand gen and customer engagement
  • Relationship building – Establish and maintain relationships with direct reports, PM, partners, marketing stake holders and key sales leaders. Create a collaborative environment where sales and marketing works together to achieve results
  • Operational Excellence – Ability to identify operational inefficiency with your work and teams and work towards improvements
  • Business Acumen - Follow up and accountability drivers around sales engagement and ability to engage and conduct ROI discussions (example, where pipeline build, or campaign follow up is not optimized) this role is key in highlighting and driving remediation discussions
  • Decision Making – Use sound financial and objective data to make decisions.  Ability to analyze data or a situation and define a course of action
  • Supervisor and leader – Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Delegates effectively and empowers direct reports to solve problems, be accountable and hold others accountable 


What you'll need to join Insight: 


  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in marketing and/or product management
  • 5+ years of people management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technology and B2B experience preferred.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate to all constituencies and levels in written and verbal formats; must be a team player
  • Must be able to work with a geographically dispersed team via phone, Skype, etc. 
  • Strong communication and organizational agility
  • Strong understanding of what motivates teammates, how to look at problems outside of the box, coaching and mentoring
  • Programmatic skills in working in a matrix environment with multiple different functions and team under the all up Technology Marketing umbrella
  • Ability to drive results, know the numbers and programs and report same regularly with confidence
  • Proactive communication and engagement around key programs and deliverables
